Reservation terms

Reservation requests can be made by email or phone.

The reservation will be considered confirmed only if guaranteed by the details

of credit card provided by you (Visa, Mastercard).

The credit card is only to guarantee the reservation, we will charge

your stay in the cases mentioned by our cancellation policy.

The reservation must necessarily be confirmed by email, no telephone booking will be considered confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

The customer can cancel for free up to 7 days before arrival.

The customer pays the total amount if canceled within 7 days prior to arrival.

In case of no show the customer pays the full amount of the stay (the total amount of your stay will still be charged to your credit card).

In case of early departure, the customer pays the full amount of the stay (the total amount of your stay will still be charged to your credit card).

No advance payment is required, except in the case of non-refundable rates.

General information

Check in from 12:00 to 17:00. If possible check-in even before the indicated time.

Check out at 10:30.


We inform you that small animals are allowed.


All rooms are non-smoking.
