The Old Taverna Sorrentina is situated in the heart of the historical centre of Sorrento.  To reach us is easy and one can do so in various ways:

Train

From the central station in Naples in Piazza Garibaldi, one can get to the Circumvesuviana Station.  Thanks to its local trains which leave from Naples every 20 minutes, one arrives in Sorrento in about an hour.  Get off at the last stop.

Car

From Capodichino Airport of from the Circumvesuviana Station, take the highway A3 Salerno – Reggio Calabria and continue until the exit for Castellammare.  Continue following the signs for Penisola Sorrentina.

Sea

You’ll find Molo Beverello in Piazza Municipio and from here you can get the ferry or hydrofoil to Sorrento.

Airport

Right outside the entrance to Capodichino Airport, Naples, you will find the bus stop for the Curreri bus which will get you to Sorrento. From here you can also get a taxi or hire a car to reach the Sorrento Peninsula.

Arrived in Sorrento

From Piazza Tasso continue along Via San Cesareo.  After the third intersection, you will find the flag waiting for you.

From Rome it is possible to reach Sorrento by taking the train from Termini Station to Naples.  Or you can get a bus with either the Marozzi bus service from Tiburtina Station which will bring you directly to Sorrento.
