During this course you will learn the secret of making home made pasta Italian Style,like my grandmother used to do with me
Such as: spaghetti alla chitarra, tagliolini, tagliatelle, fettuccine, pappardelle, quadrucci and farfalle.
You can also try your hand at making different natural coloured pasta: green with spinach, red with beetroot and yellow with saffron brown with cocoa powder or with coffee.
Gnocchi pasta from potetos.
Filled Pasta like Ravioli ,Tortellini, agnolotti, cappellacci, ravioli del plin.
Pasta sheet for lasagna or cannelloni.
In this course it will not possible to have dinner, only small samples of fresh pasta will be made.
The course lasts about 3 hour.
