Who doesn't like the marvellous Italian pastries and doesn't wish a to be a real gourmet when it comes the taste of the cakes of Sorrento?
The course will allow you to learn how to make:Tiramisù (the famous Italian cake), Pizza di Crema ( a sweet pastry with a filling of white and chocolate cream), chocolate Profiterols and also biscuits. Or several cakes like Pastiera, a typical Easter cake with corn and ricotta cheese.
When the cakes are ready,we will sample them, together with local dessert wines, limoncello and coffee.
The course is 4 hours long and costs Eu 60
