Food Tasting Course
For those who do not want to go to the stove but just taste the delicacies of Italian cuisine this is what's right for you!
The tasting course includes many tastings of typical dishes of the Sorrento and Italian tradition.
It starts with cheese and then mozzarella, caciocavallo and bocconcini; continue with the bruschetta seasoned with garlic, anchovies and tomato.
Following the tasting of extra virgin olive oil (own production) and that of the typical wines of Campania (Falanghina, Aglianico, greek tuff and Sorrento).
Continue with the liqueurs: limoncello, Fragolino ...
The course lasts 2 hours
