When you think about Italy first thing that comes to your mind is Pizza, and so an Italian cooking class is not complete without learning how to cook a good pizza.

So why don't try to make one of the specialties of Italy?

The pizza in Naples was popular both among the poorest in the Neapolitan nobles, including the Bourbon kings.
